Dietary

Dietary services provide meals for the residents of Hillcrest. Working with a registered Dietician all menus at Hillcrest are approved to meet all nutritional requirements. Hillcrest strives to have nutritious, well balanced meals and snacks for our Residents. Each meal is prepared fresh and presented in an appetizing way.

Hillcrest offers cafeteria style as well as buffet style dining. We also have a Lunch program where the residents are invited and encouraged to prepare their own Sack lunch for the next day encouraging appropriate choices. A variety of items are made available to the residents to choose from.

Hillcrest can also provide for specialized diets for our residents such as Diabetic Diets, special textures, allergic needs and portion control diets.
