Consultant Staff

Hillcrest works with numerous consulting staff for specialized and general services offered.

• Clinical Psychologist- Works with the QMRP and the Behavior Specialist to develop behavioral programs and address any behavioral or psychological needs.
• Social Worker- Works with our Resident Advocate and QMRP at Hillcrest to address any Resident Right needs or Social needs that may arise.
• Dietician- Works with our Dietary Services approving menus and other dietary issues.
• Physical Therapy- Works with Nursing Services and the Rehab Aides developing programs and exercises for the resident with specific needs such as range of motion or gait training.
• Occupational Therapist- Works with the Resident’s QMRP and Rehab Aides to develop Occupational Therapy Programs such as tactile abilities, bathing, dressing and other Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as well as recommending appropriate adaptive equipment.
• Speech/Language Pathologist- Works with the QMRP and Rehab Aide to develop programming needs in the area of speech and language needs, such as swallowing, communication etc.
• Pharmacist- Works with Nursing Services reviewing medications for appropriateness, side effects and other medication interactions.
• Other Specialty Medical Services- These include Dental, Audiology, Ophthalmology and Neurology. This is coordinated through Nursing Services.
